Refund and Returns Policy
I do not offer returns for the majority of orders, especially those that involve bundles or bulk discounted books. But there is a very good reason. Since all books ordered from this website are printed on demand, there is no inventory or storage available to process and manage the return and resell of books.
If concerned about returns, I would encourage you to order from any of the retailers listed on the product page, who will have a process to facilitate returns.
With that said, my main goal is for you to be happy with your book(s). If you have a problem or have received a damaged book, please contact me and I will make it right.
Quantity Discounts
Many people have requested quantity discounts for their small groups for years, so I’m delighted to finally offer it on print books. Currently, most books are already discounted between 25-40% off the retail price. However, on most products, we can offer quantity discounts for bulk purchases of 10 or more of the same book. We are somewhat limited on the amount of discount since the cost of printing the book remains the same regardless of the number of books ordered.
Also, free shipping is not an option with our distributor at this time (but hopefully coming soon). So please check with the offerings of other retailers, especially if they offer free shipping, to make sure you are saving money.
